The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our services range from advisory services for older people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as care and support at home. As the largest public Spitex in the Dielsdorf district, we provide outpatient services for our nine contract municipalities. With our comprehensive care offering, we enable people to remain in their familiar home environment for as long as possible despite health limitations. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.

• Development and continuous advancement of the education sector in the outpatient setting of the Health Centre
• Overall responsibility for the implementation, coordination and quality assurance of the training mandate according to the training ordinance and operational guidelines in the care sector for tertiary, secondary and assistant level training as well as for interns
• Coordination of the various trainings in close cooperation with the trainers as well as the department and team leaders
• Functioning as the interface to educational institutions and other partners
• Checking compliance with the training plan and the individual learning processes of all learners
• Accompanying, supporting and promoting our learners and students
• Professional support of our trainers in daily work

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF with SRK recognition as well as at least 600 documented learning hours and solid further training in vocational education (e.g. SVEB certificate or federal specialist certificate trainer).
• You bring solid experience in vocational education, ideally in the Spitex or outpatient environment, and are familiar with the nursing education system as well as the cantonal requirements in the canton of Zurich.
• You are characterised by strong social skills, appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration, place great value on networking and work constructively with internal and external education partners.
• You maintain a respectful approach, communicate clear expectations, assess fairly and conduct even demanding conversations confidently.
• You convince through a high sense of responsibility, an independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as high flexibility.
• You have excellent German language skills in spoken and written form, communicate openly, make binding agreements and act solution-oriented.
• You possess a category B driving licence.
