About the job

The KESB Winterthur-Andelfingen is responsible for ordering civil law protective measures in cases of child welfare endangerment as well as for adults in need of assistance. As a Financial Officer, you ensure the professional and reliable handling of financial matters related to the ordered measures and support the team with all finance-related questions. Your Tasks

Independent preparation and execution of financial statements
Controlling of administrative costs and preparation of billing to the affiliated municipalities
Responsibility for complete and timely invoicing of fee invoices as well as invoices to the affiliated municipalities
Ensuring and monitoring the timely preparation of budgets
Checking and coding of all creditor invoices

Your Profile

Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in the public sector
Knowledge of the programs Abacus and Innosolv is an advantage
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
Sense of responsibility and discretion in handling sensitive financial and personal data
