Your Field of Activity
- Regular conduct of guest surveys at the GGB station in Zermatt (approx. between 10 to 20 days per year)
- Welcoming and addressing visitors to achieve the highest possible number of surveys
- Independently conducting and recording the interviews on tablets
- Ensuring a smooth process and competent appearance on site
Your Profile
- Basic knowledge of German, English, and French for addressing and interacting with international visitors
- Friendly, open, and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work flexibly between 10 to 20 days spread over the year
- Working hours: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (including a half-hour lunch break)
- Location: Gornergrat Bahn Station (GGB) in Zermatt
- Employment paid by the hour
