The company PQM Consulting AG based in Pfäffikon SZ is a renowned IT company specialized in the field of quality assurance and quality management. The company offers its customers professional support in optimizing their quality requirements and divides its core competencies into four main components: project/risk management, quality management, requirements management, and process management.

For an external customer project in the greater Bern area, we are looking for an experienced, competent personality for the position of Full-Stack Developer at senior level (from 5-8 years) starting from 01.01.2026  


 

Requirements:
  • Developers working in the role "PHP Developer (PHP8 + Drupal 10 or higher)"
  • Developers must have at least 40 person-days of experience in implementing solutions within the last 12 months before submitting the offer
  • A realized software/application in which the developer was involved must have been put into operation
  • In particular, developers must have worked as "Full-Stack Developers", i.e., they have developed both front-end and back-end components

Technology:

  • Experience with Composer, ChartJS, MariaDB, PostgreSQL (SQL / triggers / views), Apache, jQuery, Less, frankenphp
  • Experience with Docker-based environments on a Linux or Unix platform (docker, docker-compose)
Requirements: (language oral / written)
  • German: native language
  • English: good knowledge
  • French: good knowledge
The proportion of home office is not known but home office is only allowed from Swiss airspace
