At Paradeplatz, we are looking for a committed Demand Planner & Process Automation Specialist (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement. In this key role, you will be responsible for operational demand planning, work closely with sales, production and logistics, and actively shape the further development of our supply chain as well as the establishment of the future Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Demand Planner & Process Automation Specialist (100%)
What you will achieve with us
Process Development
- Further development of our disposition processes
- Participation in digitisation projects
- Establishment of the future S&OP process
- Participation in SAP S/4HANA optimisation projects
Operational Demand Planning
- Responsibility for short- to medium-term sales and demand planning (0-28 days)
- Maintenance and control of LSF demands in SAP S/4HANA
- Continuous optimisation of delivery capability
- Analysis of sales developments and short-term demand fluctuations
Inventory and Goods Flow Management
- Monitoring of stocks, transit stocks as well as blocked and quality stocks
- Analysis and correction of stock discrepancies
- Ensuring high data quality in all sales channels
Collaboration with the Branches
- Support for branches on disposition issues
- Accompanying the centralisation of goods planning
- Training and support of employees regarding new processes
Interface Management
Close cooperation with

What we wish for
Education
- Advanced vocational training or degree in business administration, supply chain management, process management or a comparable field
- Further training in project management or experience in leading sub-projects is an advantage
Professional Experience
You have experience in at least one of the following areas:

- Supply Chain Management
- Retail or Food
You bring with you
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive approach
- Independent working style
- Good process understanding of the supply chain
- Very good SAP knowledge (S/4HANA or SAP R/3) or similar ERP system experience
- Analytical thinking
