About the job

• Development and implementation of the global product and portfolio strategy including roadmap and continuous optimization
• Identification of high-growth target segments and derivation of clearly differentiating value propositions
• Creation of reliable business cases for innovations and strategic investments
• Analysis of market, competition, and technology trends as well as derivation of sustainable differentiation strategies
• Management of cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Sales
• End-to-end responsibility for development projects and successful market launches (positioning, pricing, communication, revenue)

• Completed studies in engineering (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering) or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic product management / business development in an industrial environment
• Solid understanding of flow measurement technology, ideally magnetic-inductive sensor technology
• Entrepreneurial thinking combined with analytical strength
• Very good German and English skills
