Requirements

Successfully completed culinary apprenticeship and preferably has experience in refined and upscale gastronomy as well as in gourmet cuisine, cook by conviction, joy in maintaining the excellent reputation of the establishment at a high level, versatile, resilient, quality-conscious and creative.
