care team for a group of mentally, physically, and/or multiply disabled people in the adult sector at our location in Trun
Caregiver, 40%
Caregiver, 80% as a temporary worker
FaBe, equivalent training, lateral entry possible
Responsibilities:
Support, care, and promotion of the six residents in the protected living and daily structure
Independent creation, implementation, and evaluation of support plans
Design of the workday and leisure activities
Responsibility for the basic care of the residents
Active and constructive collaboration in the team and in the area
We expect:
FaBe or equivalent training in the care or work area, lateral entry possible
Willingness to shape part of the daily routine for people with disabilities and to accompany them
Organizational talent and creativity
Psychological resilience, patience, and empathy
Teamwork and ability to accept criticism
Your spontaneity and natural sense of humor complete your profile
