Job description:

In your new role, your duties impact the quality of patient care. Your role will notably include

• Being responsible for the admission process of inpatient and outpatient patients (variable hours, 7 days a week)
• Ensuring the update of administrative information related to patient stays
• Being responsible for collecting and verifying patients’ insurance coverage
• Mastering the administrative procedures of your sector
• Welcoming, directing and ensuring internal and external communications, as well as relations with patients
• Managing telephone calls and the service’s email inbox
• Collaborating with related services (reception, billing, debt collection, and medical-care staff)

Required profile:

• 3 years of experience in an equivalent position
• Interest in the healthcare sector
• Sense of hospitality
• Good stress management
• Flexibility and availability
• Team spirit
• Willingness to work in a team
• Proactive attitude
• Perfect command of French (reading, writing, speaking)
• Good knowledge of English (minimum A2/B1)
• Ease in using IT tools (MS Office Suite)
• Knowledge of Opale (an asset)

Education level:

Federal VET Diploma in Commercial Employment or equivalent qualification
