Property Manager for Rental Properties, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You manage a portfolio of rental properties in the residential and commercial sectors
• You look after tenants, prospective tenants and caretakers
• You also conduct handovers, inspections and viewings of apartments
• You commission craftsmen, oversee renovations and support projects
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a commercial basic education as well as professional experience in property management (m/f/d)
• A targeted further education as a certified property manager is desired
• Sound knowledge of Swiss tenancy law is required
• You are also proficient in common Office applications and ideally have RIMO R5 knowledge
• A category B driving licence is expected
