Planning, realising, optimising electrical installations – is that your field? Our Rocken partner develops and sells comprehensive systems and solutions for electrical engineering. You manage international shipments by road, air and sea.
You independently handle import and export customs clearance.
You prepare and check customs documents and commercial papers.
You analyse transport costs, supplier services and key figures.
You professionally check invoices from freight forwarders and other service providers.
In customs cases, you coordinate communication with authorities and service providers.
You develop foreign trade processes together with internal departments.
You contribute to quality-related procedures and ISO processes.
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with federal certificate of competence, preferably in an international industrial environment.
Further training with a federal diploma, for example in foreign trade, customs or freight forwarding.
Several years of experience in export, import, freight forwarding or customs clearance.
Sound knowledge of Incoterms, rules of origin, free trade agreements and export control.
Experience in handling multimodal transports is required.
Confident handling of Swiss customs procedures, especially e-dec, NCTS, Passar and Tares.
Good user knowledge of ERP systems as well as MS Office.
Very good German and English; French and further training at HF or FH level are advantageous.
