To strengthen our team in the Food sector, we are looking from 01.01.2027, for a permanent contract, at the Vevey site, for a motivated and committed person as Checkout Manager, 100%
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for managing the checkouts in the Food sector
- You successfully implement the offers, promotions, and actions of the Manor Food concept.
- You are responsible for planning and implementing budgetary objectives.
- You are responsible for quality assurance and compliance with defined hygiene rules.
- You ensure the quantitative and qualitative staffing structures in accordance with the strategic orientation.
- You analyse relevant key figures and successfully derive improvement measures.
- You are present on the sales floor/checkout, leading and supporting employees in their daily work.
- You independently conduct hiring, dismissal, and evaluation interviews.
- You identify and support young talents and ensure the training and individual development of employees.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail
- You have proven experience in checkout management
- You enjoy strategic tasks and evaluations (ad hoc analyses, KPIs, etc.).
- You are capable of leading your team to achieve desired results, inspiring them with your coaching skills and motivating them sustainably.
- You stand out through your strong entrepreneurial and analytical spirit.
- You have a sense of improvisation and organisation and are happy to lend a hand.
- You have a solution-, customer- and service-oriented personality and put the customer first.
- You have a smart and neat appearance.
- You speak fluent French and preferably know other national languages.
