Service Technician Water Treatment (m/f/d)
Role:
As a Service Technician Water Treatment, you ensure the reliable operation of our water treatment systems. From installation through commissioning to maintenance and repair work, you competently support our customers on site. With your service-oriented approach and technical know-how, you ensure high system availability and sustainable customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance and repair of water treatment systems
Commissioning and maintenance of third-party systems
Carrying out system cleanings and disinfections
Analysis and troubleshooting of technical faults
Technical support and advice to our customers on site
Conducting briefings and training on system technology
Participation in construction meetings as a competent contact person
Ensuring high service quality and complete documentation of the work performed
Qualifications:
Completed technical training, e.g. as electrician EFZ, mechatronics technician, automation technician, heating installer EFZ, sanitary installer EFZ or comparable qualification
Good knowledge of electrical engineering and ideally in control and regulation technology
Experience in the field of water treatment is an advantage
Independent, structured and reliable working style
High self-motivation and enjoyment of varied service assignments
Customer-oriented manner and strong communication skills
Driving licence category B
