The Social Services team consists of the Social Counselling, RehaCenter and Volunteer Service departments. All Social Services employees work together, responsibly and for the benefit of all patients.

Your tasks
- In addition to Social Services, you lead the RehaCenter, which coordinates and organises patient discharges to rehabilitation clinics, as well as the Volunteer Service. In doing so, you actively drive the strategic and operational development of these areas.
- You lead the directly subordinate team leaders and promote a respectful, participative and development-oriented leadership culture.
- You ensure an economical and high-quality provision of services.
- You coordinate and control operational activities, supported by the team leaders, and work closely with our external aftercare organisations.
- You participate in internal and external projects and promote innovative solutions to optimise patient care.
- You actively represent Social Services internally and externally and promote collaboration with partners, specialist groups and associations.
- You recognise cross-departmental connections between clinics and professional groups and support interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration.
What should you bring?
- Completed degree in Social Work (BSc or MSc)
- Management training at MAS Management/Leadership level
- Experience in change management
- Several years of leadership experience at middle management level, preferably in an acute hospital
- High leadership and social competence, strategic thinking, binding and clear communication and negotiation skills in interprofessional collaboration
- Good knowledge and networking in the healthcare sector
- Strong ability to reconcile different interests and develop viable solutions in a complex environment
