Your tasks
- Accompanying, guiding, promoting and supporting employees with a psychological and/or cognitive disability in the sheltered workplace as well as in professional integration programs
- Responsibility as a contact person for the assigned employees
- Timely and qualitatively flawless processing of customer orders in cooperation with the employees
- Direct customer contact for coordination of orders
Your profile
- Completed training as a work educator or comparable qualification
- Experience in dealing with people with disabilities
- Communicative, thoughtful and forward-looking personality who keeps an overview
- Team-oriented, responsible, humorous and resilient personality with organizational flair
- Confident handling of MS Office applications is required
