Head: Business Partner Finance Rail Production
What awaits you:
- Personnel and professional leadership of a committed finance team with a focus on controlling
- You are part of the Rail Production management team and, as a convincing sparring partner, ensure the implementation of overarching financial requirements and standards
- The further development of the financial management of the business area and the implementation of efficient finance and controlling processes, including cost, inventory, stock, and performance controlling as well as forecasting and planning, are your responsibility
- You prepare reports, challenge the results, propose effective control measures, and track their implementation
- As a member of the Finance & SCM management team (functional management), you participate in group-wide projects and initiatives and maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders
What you bring with you:
- Business degree at FH or university level with further training in finance or strategy
- Several years of leadership experience as well as comparable professional experience in the financial management of production units
- Strong communication and presentation skills, understanding of complex contexts, and the ability to communicate these appropriately to the audience
- High commitment, self-motivation, and strong drive to push things forward
- Confident in using SAP S4 Hana and the entire MS Office product range, SAC knowledge and a high IT affinity are a plus
