Commercial and Project Director

About the job

Member of the management team and reporting to the General Manager, you develop and enhance the activities of CIMO and the industrial park by strengthening relationships with current and future clients. You expand the client portfolio by identifying new growth opportunities and managing internal and external projects.

Business development and client relations

Project and mandate management

• Define and implement CIMO's commercial strategy
• Develop and manage the client portfolio
• Identify and realise new development opportunities
• Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
• Strengthen the client culture within the company
• Participate in representing CIMO to clients, partners, authorities and economic stakeholders

Marketing and promotion

• Supervise the portfolio of strategic internal and external projects and mandates
• Ensure alignment of projects with CIMO's strategic objectives
• Monitor results, resources, risks and expected benefits
• Arbitrate priorities and support project managers
• Define and lead the internal and external marketing and communication strategy
• Promote the image of CIMO and the industrial park
• Enhance the service offering to current and new clients
• Contribute to the attractiveness of the site to welcome new industrial activities

Your assets:

• Higher education (university, EPF or HES) in engineering, economics, management or an equivalent field
• Additional training in management, project management or business development
• Proven experience in a management role
• Significant experience in a complex industrial environment
• Demonstrated experience in business development, strategic client management, commercial negotiation and project management
