Painter – Site Manager with Leadership Experience

Activities

Ensuring a smooth workflow on the construction site
Carrying out painting work in new construction, conversions, and renovations
Advising and supporting customers during projects
Coordinating and communicating with project managers, site managers, and architects
Monitoring and managing the work and time schedule including reporting

Requirements

Completed training as a painter with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
Solid professional experience in the painting trade
Experience in leading small teams
Responsible and entrepreneurial personality
Driving licence category B and very good verbal communication skills
