What you accomplish

• As the first point of contact within our branch, you offer every visitor impeccable reception and an exceptional experience
• Your curiosity and interest in the banking sector will allow you to quickly understand the mechanisms and operation of our institution, to guide your interlocutors with ease and confidence
• You have completed training in a field that will enable you to support the team with a number of administrative tasks
• If you have banking training, it is an asset! You will be able to perform certain basic tasks with our clients

What you bring

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Professional experience: 3 to 5 years in customer reception
• You have several years of experience in customer contact and know how to ensure an exciting customer experience
• Empathy, good listening skills and excellent communication abilities give you proven and recognised social skills
• You always adopt a positive attitude and have self-confidence that allows you to calmly handle all types of situations
• French (C1)
