Watch hand manufacturing serving the most prestigious watch brands. In an environment where every detail matters, we design and produce hands intended for watches of the most renowned brands.

To support our development and ensure the excellence of our facilities, we are looking to complete our teams in stamping, varnishing, and polishing:

3 Production Operators (M/F)

Responsibilities:

1 - Stamping

• Align hands piece by piece
• Shaping using stamping machine

2 - Varnishing

• Align hands on various supports (posts, wires)
• Preparation of varnishes
• Semi-automatic varnishing of hands
• Removal of hands from various supports

3 - Polishing

• Align hands on various supports (posts)
• Polishing parts (block by block)
• Semi-automatic detaching/washing
• Preparation of post gluing

Responsibilities

• Perform one or more production operations
• Use watchmaking tools (tweezers, microscopes)
• Check and control quality in the form of AQL
• Control operations, detect and report anomalies
• Complete production documents as well as the ERP system

Skills

• Experience in a similar position in a watchmaking environment (an advantage)
• Meticulousness, good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Excellent visual acuity
• Perfect mastery of work with tweezers
• Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork
• Rigour, precision and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn and develop your skills
