What you can achieve.

• You design and further develop the architecture of the Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services. You contribute to a stable and secure working environment for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• You translate requirements from business, operations, security, and architecture into viable solutions and present them in a structured manner, including transparent information flow to relevant architecture committees and stakeholders.
• As the central contact person for technical questions, you keep architecture and system documentation up to date and ensure comprehensible, maintainable, and operationally anchored services.
• You analyse and assess security vulnerabilities promptly and manage their remediation within central vulnerability management.
• You support the Product Owner with well-founded assessments of feasibility, impacts, risks, and costs and work closely with system and solution architects on cross-service topics.

What you bring with you.

• You work in a team-oriented manner with various stakeholders and bring high initiative and willingness to learn in an agile environment.
• Structured and reliable working style with strong problem analysis, prioritisation, and interconnected thinking, as well as clear, audience-appropriate communication.
• Several years of experience in engineering and operating Microsoft 365 Collaboration Services such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, as well as basic knowledge of adjacent Microsoft components like Exchange, Entra ID, and Azure (Function, App Service, and SQL).
• Experience in architecture and design of solutions and automations in the Microsoft 365 environment, ideally in medium-sized or large companies, as well as a basic understanding of interface architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and interest in meaningful integration into Collaboration Services and confident use of Jira and Confluence.
• A higher technical education in computer science or business informatics (HF, FH, ETH, university) or an equivalent further education, as well as fluent German in spoken and written form (C1) and good English skills (B2).
