To complete its team, the Medical Directorate is looking for the Palliative Care Center of the HFR Fribourg – Cantonal Hospital a

Head of Clinic or Deputy Head of Clinic

7-month permanent contract 50%

Your mission:

ensure quality care for patients according to current professional standards
supervise the activity and training of assistant doctors and medical candidates
provide teaching for pre- and post-graduate as well as for continuing medical education
participate in the development of service projects and scientific projects
participate in the on-call service

Your profile:

federal medical diploma or equivalent
you hold an FMH title in general internal medicine, or are in the process of obtaining it, or have equivalent training
advanced training in palliative medicine is an asset
several years of experience as an assistant doctor in hospital internal medicine and at least one year in a palliative care service
proficiency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language
you are motivated to contribute to a good working atmosphere and appreciate collegial exchange
