YOUR MISSION IN THE ROLE

As a Sourcing Specialist Intern, you will support the operational management of Made-to-Measure projects in Denim and Exclusive, coordinating with Italian suppliers and internal contacts. You will contribute to ensuring the correct progress of activities, respecting very tight lead times and the required quality standards.

More specifically, you will support the team in the following activities:

WHO YOU ARE

• Management of the seasonal production flow, from forecast to delivery.
• Coordination with suppliers and internal functions for fabrics, accessories, product and timing.
• Entry and verification on AS400 of the data necessary for order management.
• Daily monitoring of production, lead times and deliveries through Excel and company tools.
• Timely reporting of delays and critical issues to Customer Service and involved contacts.
• Coordination of quality controls, shipments and receipt of priority garments.
• Support for the Exclusive Project, including coconut leather kits, requests for cloths and productions for events.

We are looking for a precise, organised and motivated person to develop their skills in a dynamic, structured and excellence-oriented context.

The ideal profile:

WHAT WE OFFER

• Has obtained a diploma or degree, without the need for a specific field of study.
• Is a junior profile; any experience in supplier management is a plus.
• Is a precise, organised person capable of working under tight deadlines.
• Possesses good interpersonal, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Has a good knowledge of Excel and is willing to learn AS400 and internal workflows.
• Knows how to work in a team, manage urgencies and collaborate with different contacts.
• Knowledge of foreign languages is not an essential requirement.

The position is an extracurricular paid internship.

Remuneration is determined based on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the expected range, any individual compensation definition takes into account knowledge, skills, experience, seniority and relevant training.
