In northeastern Switzerland, the name Rotz has stood for competence around cars, customer proximity, and innovation for almost 50 years. Now the family is opening a new chapter and is expanding the well-known location into a unique gem. A restaurant with show kitchen and bar, banquet, event and seminar rooms for up to 400 people, as well as an expanded self-check-in hotel with private spa suites will be newly created.

This is your chance to help shape this gastronomic beacon! For the ongoing operation of the multifaceted casual fine dining restaurant Cabrio, as well as for catering at great events, elegant celebrations, and other exciting culinary presentations, we are immediately looking for a:
Chef de Partie Pâtisserie 100% (m/f/d)
Your main tasks:- You have completed training as a confectioner/pastry chef EFZ or cook EFZ with a focus on pâtisserie, as well as at least two years of professional experience
- You master the organization, preparation, and production of your own pâtisserie station
- You are responsible for preparing desserts, fine pastries, cakes, and other sweets
- You ensure strict compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
- You work independently, structured, and efficiently – because a smooth workflow in the kitchen benefits from your professionalism
- You bring passion for cooking and pâtisserie and a pronounced quality awareness, so that every dessert is created with attention to detail
- You have creative ideas and enjoy actively shaping the dessert offerings
- You work responsibly and reliably, so your station is always confidently managed
- You convince through team spirit, flexibility, and a positive attitude that promotes good cooperation in the kitchen
