We are looking for an HR Specialist (m/f/d) in CH-8307 Effretikon, 20-40%, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Support for employees and managers in all personnel-related matters along the Employee Life Cycle
- Independent handling of personnel administration from entry to exit as well as maintenance of personnel data
- Support in recruitment, onboarding, work references and personnel development
- Collaboration with internal and external partners on labour law issues
- Further development of processes and HR instruments
Your profile
- Completed training in the HR field (e.g. commercial training with further education in HR)
- Professional experience in a comparable HR function
- Good knowledge of labour law and personnel administration
- Discreet, reliable and independent personality with high social competence
