Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a committed leader for the logistics department of a successful industrial and trading company. The company stands for high-quality products, efficient processes, and strong customer orientation. To strengthen the team, we are seeking a person who combines operational excellence with leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Professional and personnel management of the logistics team
Ensuring smooth operations in goods receipt, storage, and dispatch
Coordination of daily logistics and picking processes
Responsibility for timely provision and delivery of goods
Monitoring and optimisation of inventory levels
Conducting and organising inventories
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and process standards
Analysis of key figures and implementation of improvement measures
Support in logistics projects and process development
Qualifications:
Training as a logistics specialist EFZ or technical/commercial basic training with logistics experience
Further training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in warehouse, production, or distribution logistics
Initial leadership experience or experience in coordinating employees
Good ERP knowledge and very good German language skills
