As a deputy for our Kinästhetik trainer, you bring movement into everyday life – in the truest sense of the word. You strengthen the health competence of our staff, promote the independence of our residents, and show how Kinästhetik can make everyday life easier and more active for everyone involved.
Your tasks:
- In the thick of it, not just on the sidelines: You accompany staff from all areas directly in practice and support them in applying Kinästhetik effectively.
- Individual and needs-oriented: You advise and support individual residents regarding movement and Kinästhetik.
- Knowledge that advances: You plan and prepare internal Kinästhetik training sessions and participate in their implementation.
- Moving differently: You engage in our offer "A somewhat different walking training".
- Keep everything moving: You assist with the management of our Kinästhetik equipment.
What you bring with you:
- Training as a Kinästhetik trainer S1, S2 or S3
- Enjoyment in sharing your knowledge with staff and residents
- An open, approachable personality who inspires people and accompanies them at eye level
