Application Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You support existing customers in using the software and assist them with advice and practical help
In this role, you independently handle software issues until a solution is found
As an Application Manager, you plan, schedule, coordinate and review all necessary activities related to customer concerns
You work closely with the development department to implement customer requirements in the application
In this role, you train users of the applications in the training room, on-site at the customer, or digitally
As an Application Manager, you carry out software updates and create customer-specific documents, evaluations and electronic help files
Qualifications:
- You have completed training or studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- You have experience in application management or a similar role
- You have knowledge of software administration and configuration
- You are characterised by analytical thinking and a solution-oriented working style
- You are strong in communication and enjoy dealing with customers
- You work independently and have very good German language skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French is an advantage
