For our next recruitment in Agno, we are looking for a young candidate with excellent knowledge of the French language to join a training programme focused on the technical sales of our tools.

During the first 12 months, the candidate will be placed in various technical and production departments, aiming to acquire in-depth knowledge of tungsten carbide cutting tools, production processes, applications, and customer requirements.

At the same time, the participant will assist our Sales Technicians in the field, learning the commercial and interpersonal skills necessary to develop and manage relationships with customers and partners.

At the end of the training, the candidate will have the technical and commercial skills required to embark on a professional career in sales, with the goal of progressively taking responsibility for the French-speaking Swiss and French markets.

Your main tasks

• Participate in a structured training programme across the company’s various technical, production, and application departments.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of tungsten carbide cutting tools, machining processes, and their applications at customer sites.
• Support Sales Technicians during customer visits, technical consulting activities, and commercial development of the territory.
• Use software and technical tools for application analysis, tool selection, and optimisation of production processes.
• Progressively develop commercial, negotiation, and customer management skills, with the aim of eventually taking responsibility for the French-speaking Swiss and French markets.

Your profile

• Technical education in the mechanical field (polymechanic or similar)
• Native Italian speaker with good knowledge of French
• Additional knowledge of English is a fundamental requirement
• Strong interest in technology, precision mechanics, and cutting tool applications.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Switzerland and possibly abroad, and interest in a future technical-commercial role.
• Dynamic, ambitious person, learning-oriented and eager to grow in an international environment.
• Residence in the Canton of Ticino
