In this versatile role as co-principal, you will take over the management of Primary School Oberseen together with your job partner from August 1, 2026, or by arrangement.Your Tasks
- Operational management of the school unit in organizational, administrative, and financial areas (school credit) together with the co-principal
- Personnel and pedagogical leadership of the staff
- Promoting and securing school and quality development
- Representing the school internally and externally
- Collaboration with the school board, the education management, and the school principals in Winterthur
Your Profile
- Proven leadership and professional experience as a school principal
- Started or completed school leadership training
- Teaching experience as a teacher at kindergarten or primary level with affinity for cycle 1 and special education
- Solution-oriented attitude and composure in dealing with challenging situations
- Flair for organizational and administrative tasks
- Communicative, appreciative with a participative leadership approach
