Your tasks
- Operational co-responsibility for a mandate in healthcare (quality, financial, and personnel)
- Leadership, promotion, and continuous development of the cleaning team of about 30 employees with support from the site management
- Maintaining constant customer contact and being the contact person for technical questions
- Co-responsibility and ensuring the quality, hygiene, and preservation of value of buildings and premises
- Conducting quality controls as well as coaching and supporting employees
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments
- Planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing all workflows (training)
- Recruiting new employees together with the site management
- Disposition of material, machine, and equipment orders
- Administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed training/continuing education in housekeeping, hospitality, building cleaning, or facility management is an advantage
- Expertise in cleaning and/or building maintenance
- Work experience in healthcare and/or hospitality/housekeeping is an advantage
- Personable, strong leadership personality with a pronounced sense of organization and coordination
- Leadership experience and hands-on mentality
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Open personality and strong communication skills
- Good MS Office user skills
