What you will achieve
- You win new customers, maintain existing relationships, and strategically build contacts with decision-makers and influencers
- You identify and acquire projects in the areas of new construction, expansion, and modernization of existing systems
- You conduct customer visits, provide competent on-site advice, and present our solutions convincingly
- You plan and implement sales activities in close coordination with your supervisor
You process tenders and create tailored, convincing offers - You conclude service and maintenance contracts and ensure smooth implementation
- You impress our customers with your commitment and actively contribute to high customer satisfaction
- You monitor the market and competition, derive sales opportunities from it, and process them independently
- You maintain the customer base in SAP, record relevant data, manage it, and keep it up to date
What you bring
- A completed vocational training as well as further education in business administration or sales
- Solid knowledge in the field of fire alarm systems and a good understanding of the corresponding market
- A confident, convincing demeanor as well as pronounced presentation skills
- Ideally, experience in security technology
- Very good user knowledge in MS Office
- A quick grasp as well as a flexible, independent, and structured way of working
- Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license of category B
- A high level of commitment and reliability as well as enjoyment in direct customer contact
