About the job
Receptionist 60%- Reception and care of customers, visitors and suppliers
- Issuing and management of access badges as well as key management
- Notifying and coordinating guests with the responsible contacts
- Acceptance, sorting and distribution of internal mail and parcels
- Support in emergency organisation, especially in the alerting process
- Willingness to train and take on the role of company first aider
- Deputising in the mail room during absences or high workload
- Management and administration of parking space allocation for employees and guests
- Assistance in organising, managing and preparing meeting rooms
- Support and planning of events
- Checking and ordering of replacement materials
- Management of sustainability data
- Ensuring smooth operation of the catering infrastructure by looking after the coffee and tea stations, ensuring material availability,
- Completed vocational training, ideally in reception or hospitality
- Strong service orientation and friendly, professional demeanour
- Reliability, sense of responsibility and discretion
- Organisational skills and the ability to keep an overview in hectic situations
- Confident use of common MS Office applications
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills are required; French skills are an advantage
