Job Description
- Contributes through careful and efficient work to the preparation of quality meals
- Shows interest in the development of dishes and seeks new recipes
- Ensures the correct placement of dishes, choice of colours, respect for cooking times and quantities
- Ensures the proper preservation of raw and cooked foods
- Participates in the quality system of the kitchen
- Participates in the training of apprentices
- Strives to maintain consistency in work
- Organises work in a rational and economical manner
- Maintains impeccable personal hygiene
- Performs daily cleaning and tidying
- Takes great care of the equipment used by respecting the instructions of the superior
- Ensures order and impeccable cleanliness of the workstation
Qualifications
- Training: CFC in cooking or equivalent
- Experience: minimum of 1 year in the same position
- Specific knowledge:
