About the job
These are your main tasks:
- Design and implementation of AI projects along the business processes of the building technology sector (including procurement, project controlling, document processing, tendering, voice assistance) – from idea to introduction
- Data architecture and system integration (Open Datastack – Lakehouse, Semantic Layer/MCP interface; connection to ERP/CRM systems, including Abacus)
- Collaboration with specialist departments: clarification of technical requirements, moderation of workshops, training concept and training
- Documentation and reporting: preparing decision-making bases for the AI working group and management
- Governance, data protection and information security
What you bring:
- In-depth technological AI competence (LLM, RAG, MCP) and practical experience in the AI environment, especially with generative AI and language models
- Knowledge of data architectures and process automation
- Experience in designing and implementing AI projects
- Vocational training with further education in business informatics/business applications including further education in artificial intelligence (e.g. CAS AI Transformation or CAS AI Management); alternatively MAS in AI or proven professional experience in AI projects
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong service orientation and team spirit as well as high social competence, clear communication and coordination skills
- Team language: German
- Foreign languages advantageous: French, English
