We are looking for an HR Administration Manager who will entail overseeing Human Resources Administration of the Geneva Office of our client. You will be the primary contact point for staff members, addressing various aspects of the employee life cycle.
This is a 3 month temporary contract.

Missions
Manages and oversees various HR operational activities, potentially offering guidance and mentoring to HR Specialists, Representatives, and interns. Leads initiatives to enhance HR operational processes continually. Offers analytical support for HR processes, systems, and protocols.
Coordinates operational tasks related to HR talent management procedures.
Ensures the smooth and efficient execution of HR administrative duties on a day-to-day basis.
Takes charge of HR operational improvement projects, including enhancements to tools, systems, and administrative procedures.
Delivers analytical support for HR-related processes, systems, and protocols across different locations, regions, or divisions.
Analyzes data to identify trends and implications, preparing communications for HR leaders.
Supports organizational change endeavors, collaborating with HR Operations and the HR business partner team.
Collaborates with HR business partners to create HR-related communications for employees.
Profil du candidat
Excellent command of the Swiss labor law required.
Minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in a similar HR Generalist role in Switzerland.
Demonstrated capability to operate efficiently within a team-oriented setting and a matrix organizational structure.
Experience in both the public and private sectors is highly advantageous.
