Technical Process Writer (Basel, Hybrid, Temporary)

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow diagrams for a GXP-regulated environment.
  • Design and create detailed process flows and workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio or equivalent tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review and revise existing documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with evolving GXP standards.
  • Assist in developing training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure staff understanding of security and compliance processes.
  • Participate in audits and inspections, providing necessary documentation and responses to regulatory inquiries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Technical Writing, Communications).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical writer or process documenter in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience working under GXP requirements.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in designing detailed process flows and workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio or equivalent tools.
  • Ability to interpret and document complex processes and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS) preferred.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes preferred.
  • Certification in technical writing or regulatory affairs preferred.
  • All candidates must provide a Criminal record (not older than 3 months)
