Europe Sales Marketing Trainee / Stagiaire Marketing

In order to strengthen our Perfume Sales business unit based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a talented

Europe Sales Marketing Trainee (6 months)

Reporting directly to the Marketing Perfume Europe & Africa Director, you support the team in the coordination of the retail excellence program in the key point of sales and follow the development of the trade operations.

Accountabilities

Marketing Strategy

  • Coordination of the retail excellence program in key flagship doors (Sell-out analysis, trade plan, incentive, scenography, training)
  • Proposal of promotional strategies according to local objectives
  • Creation and development of point-of-sale animation tools: new animations, experiences, services :
  • Follow-up of the Trade plan, Customer plan, E-commerce plans
  • Evaluation and analysis of launches (sell out) promotions results

Operational Marketing

  • Management of operational marketing activities throughout the area
  • Implementation of the annual marketing plan in collaboration with distributors, sales and marketing teams (new product launches, development of our pillar franchises, point of sale events)
  • Coordination of new BVLGARI corners implementation together with the interior design department
  • Creation and development of supports and mechanics of trade operations: validation of creation supports in line with central guidelines, negotiations with our suppliers, monitoring of implementation in the field, analysis of results and consolidation of feedback from the field
  • Close collaboration with distributors in the realization of the mechanics of operations.
  • Effective collaboration with other departments internally (mainly Rome, strategic marketing, training, development) to contribute to the realization of all projects.

E-commerce

  • Participation in the development of the e-commerce strategy in the area
  • Monitoring of the execution of the e-commerce strategy in each market
  • Creation of e-commerce support tools (masterfile)

Profile

Student in Bachelor or Master in Management, Business Administration or Marketing, you are looking for a 6-month internship with starting date asap. You have ideally a first experience as intern in the luxury industry in a multicultural and challenging environment. A previous exposure to marketing is a strong asset. Thanks to your excellent communication and project management skills, you work transversally to identify and implement improvement actions. You have excellent command of Excel and Powerpoint. You are fluent in English and French, Italian being an advantage.

Business- and customer-oriented, you have an acute analytical mindset with strong drive to results. Able to think strategically, you bring a big picture and a global vision. Proactive and creative, you are recognized for your entrepreneurial spirit and ability to set the priority in a changing environment. You are curious, eager to learn, flexible and capable to find effective solutions to business problems. Teamwork is key for you and you build strong trustful relations within the internal and external organization.
