Your mission
As a Traffic Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the digital advertising and you will contribute to the qualitative and quantitative improvement of the websites traffic for Salt and its sub-brands.
Your duties
- Define and ensure the roll out of traffic strategy of Salt, GoMo, Lidl-Connect, and Post Mobile with specificities adapted to each brand, according to weekly commercial plan.
- Coordinate with Communication Team the delivery on time and on quality of marketing supports needed to carry out the digital advertising.
- Coordinate with graphic designer on the needs for creatives, giving guidance and requirements
- Manage closely the performance and its main KPIs
- Manage closely the digital budget.
- Execute personally with the support of external agencies, SEA, Retargeting, Acquisition campaigns.
- Explore emerging platforms and in general constantly hunt for additional profitable traffic sources.
- Lead and execute the plan to develop SEO synergies to increase organic traffic.
- Manage existing and/or establish new partnerships to drive digital sales incl. roadmap planning and coordination of end2end journey with on-site & checkout team
- Ensure a real ROI approach for paid traffic, complementary to CPA.
- Push Analytics learning to drive priorities.
- Ensure the marketing attractivity / click driven approach of the ads’ banners.
- Develop an A/B test approach and ensure strategies are compliant with learnings, in order to establish the ads’ best practices.
What you bring
- Bachelor or Master in Digital Marketing & Communication or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in digital traffic management.
- Deep knowledge of Google, Bing, Meta, Criteo environments and all the assets of search, shopping, performance max, display, retargeting, video.
- Knowledge of SEO growth leverage.
- Proven success in a digital transformation driven by an ROI approach.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Data-driven personality, continuous improvement mindset and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high pace environment and under time pressure
- Ability to cooperate and work with many different personalities and stakeholders across different departments
- Ability to get your hands dirty, dig into details and step out of job description to “get things done”
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to focus on priorities.
- Mastery of English, native level of another language: either French, German or Italian.
