Responsibilities:

• Set-up, amend and manage client Fees exceptions based on RM's requests

• Perform appropriate 4 eyes validation of requests performed by other members

• Perform appropriate follow-ups on outstanding fee setups or requests

• Create and maintain fee exception templates

• Manage and follow-up on daily, weekly and monthly reports

• Manage and follow-up on quarterly billing tasks, including but not limited to use cases and manual billing exceptions

• Manage the accruals calculation, booking and invoicing for externally booked clients or similar

• Take part in the bank's repricing initiatives and other projects impacting the Tariff team.

• Suggest and/or lead process improvements, within the Tariff space and across other departments whose activity impact the Tariff team.

Profile:

• Mandatory experience of 3-7y in a Tarification / Pricing team, in a private bank, in Switzerland

• Good problem-solving skills, multitasking, attention to detail and accuracy

• Mandatory knowledge of financial products, good contact with front office, at ease with numbers

• Fluent in French and English
