Interim Finance Change Support (f/m/d)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Interim Finance Change Support (f/m/d) for Switzerland to implement new systems and support evolving business needs.

This Role:

• Responsible for supporting the finance transition to new member management system including project and stakeholder management, Finance user acceptance testing, and documentation of new processes.


• Provide coverage over BAU Finance activities as needed on an ad hoc basis (including, but not limited to, invoice approvals, accounts payable, booking journals, various reporting support, etc.)

Supporting any other Finance change projects including harmonizing processes, driving efficiencies, and designing / documenting control processes.

The right person for the role will meet the following requirements:

• Qualified accountant (at least 5+ years) with proven experience in system migration and user acceptance testing.
• Fluent English required, German fluency is an advantage.


• Finance process harmonization and change experience a clear advantage.


• Working knowledge of Business Central would be an advantage.


• Strong attention to detail, brilliant organizational skills, and proven ability to work to deadlines through effective time management.


• Challenges status quo, always seeking ways to improve processes to increase efficiency and add value.


• Proven credibility when working with professional 3rd parties such as Banks/Big 4 firms and other advisors.


• Can positively challenge to bring out the best in others and inspire change.


• Has the ability to manage numerous projects whilst remaining calm and ensure deadline delivery.


• Experience with Visio or other process mapping tools an advantage.
