Testmanager (m/w/d)

in the IT department at the Allmend office in Lucerne

Your responsibilities

• Planning and managing complex testing projects
• Designing and reviewing testing concepts and strategies
• Help to optimize the testing process as well implement and execute tests
• Monitoring testing and evaluation of the test results and metrics
• Independently conducting customer workshops to define requirements and establish the testing process
• Preparing and presenting the test results
• Technical support and guidance of testing teams, including coaching of test methodology
• Software testing to ensure that the required and described functionality of customizations has been implemented without errors
• Ensuring full documentation and integration into the existing environment
• Accompany the internal customer in the different test phases

Your skills

• Degree or education in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study
• >5 years of experience in software testing & testmanagement - preferably in D365 / AX or ERP projects
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certificate
• Knowledge of creating test cases and test automation software
• RSAT knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of DevOps, MS Azure, and MS D365 F&O is an advantage
• High degree of resilience, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Open-minded personality with strong problem-solving perspective and skills
• Must be able to communicate confidently and appropriately in German and have very good knowledge of English
