Description
- Systems Implementation: Collaborate with the systems team for the timely implementation of the accounting and management information systems. Act as the super user for Switzerland.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate recording of financial information, perform balance sheet reviews, and produce cash flow forecasts.
- Control and Compliance: Maintain control systems, comply with statutory and tax requirements, liaise with auditors, and ensure consistent accounting treatments.
- Operational Support: Support contract negotiations and reviews, and undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Finance & Operations.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a controlling role, ideally with an audit background.
- Chartered accountant with strong technical accounting skills.
- Demonstrable experience in implementing and using ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Strong interpersonal skills, advanced Excel skills, and fluency in French and English.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage a varied workload and drive change processes.
