For one of the biggest international organization, we are looking for an

Accounting Clerk

Your challenges

  • Financial duties in accordance with the needs of the section (processing customer refunds, handling outstanding amounts due, applying incoming payments to invoices)
  • Follow up on unapplied payments with customers and other business sectors
  • Assist with the monthly processing
  • Liaise with customers on refund and payment queries and processing enquiries
  • Assist as required in financial reconciliation of accounts, gathering of statistics and financial analysis of customers and customer accounts
  • Assistance with financial processing tasks
  • Other tasks as may be required by the needs of the section

Your skills

  • First Level Degree, Business or Economics, with Finance and Accounting, or equivalent additional work experience (Essential)
  • Five years professional experience (Essential)
  • Excellent English (minimum C1) and good knowledge of French (minimum B2) (Essential)
  • Proficiency in modern professional computer applications, in particular Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with ERP based systems would be an advantage in the area of Billing and Accounts Receivable or Credit and Collection; PeopleSoft Financials a definite advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Capacity to work in a team environment and to adapt quickly to tasks which may vary
