Your Impact

As a Principal Solutions Consultant specialising in e-Invoicing, you'll play a pivotal role in driving OpenText's European team's initiatives towards enhancing compliance and automation in invoicing processes. Leveraging your expertise, you'll contribute significantly to our sales initiatives, expanding our services portfolio with a particular focus on e-invoicing compliance. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure OpenText remains at the forefront of industry-leading solutions, influencing product enhancements and providing valuable insights into evolving legislative landscapes.

What the Role Offers

• Strategic Influence: Provide subject matter expertise to support sales initiatives, influencing business process improvements, and enhancing the compliance services offered to customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with European Solutions Consulting, Product Management, and Professional Services teams to advance e-invoicing solutions and ensure alignment with market needs and legislative requirements.
• Customer Engagement: Consult with customers at various levels, from operational staff to C-suite executives, delivering value-centric presentations and facilitating discussions on e-invoicing compliance and automation.
• Market Positioning: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales teams on competitive intelligence, sales collateral, and solution positioning, contributing to winning projects and go-to-market strategies.
• Thought Leadership: Host webinars and in-person events dedicated to e-invoicing, fostering thought leadership and showcasing OpenText's capabilities in addressing customer needs.

What You Need to Succeed

• Expertise: Extensive experience in e-Invoicing and invoice compliance, with a solid understanding of EU and global e-invoicing landscapes and best practices across industries.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze prospect needs and position OpenText solutions effectively, with experience working with Finance and Tax departments within large enterprises.
• Technical Acumen: Conceptual understanding of ERP systems and integration, along with experience in services models and global operations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English plus proficiency in French, Spanish, or German. Additional language proficiency is advantageous.
• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to foster open communication, engage in candid discussions, and work independently while contributing to team initiatives.
• Education: Master's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration.
