We are looking for an experienced SAP Time Management Expert (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. As a SAP Time Management Expert, you will play a key role in optimizing processes and ensuring the seamless operation of deployed systems, particularly SuccessFactors Time Management, SAP HR Time Management, and CATS in S/4HANA. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide global-scale solutions and services, contributing significantly to our innovative IT strategy. Additionally, you will be a key participant in an upcoming Global Time Management project, adding an exciting dimension to your responsibilities.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Take over the global responsibility for the IT needs related to time management for all our 10 000 employees, in close collaboration with the local teams
• Customize SAP Time Management functionalities to meet specific business needs.
• Develop and implement enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of time-tracking processes.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and security of the provided services
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (board level, senior management, standard users) to ensure that the delivered services meet their needs and expectations
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP Time Management configurations, customizations, and processes.

Show your expertise

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in computer science, information technology or business informatics or a comparable completed professional education
• Proven experience in consulting within SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
• Experience with Time Management solutions (SAP CATS, SAP HR Time Management including time evaluation in S/4HANA, SuccessFactors EC Time off and SuccessFactors EC Timesheet)
• Knowledge of SAP Time Management functionalities, including time recording, attendance management, and absence management.
• Process-oriented and analytical thinking paired with the personal maturity to handle high-level responsibilities
• SAP certification in Time Management (preferred).
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and preferably in German
