For our Culinary Arts Academy Campus in Le Bouveret , we are currently looking for a

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the dining experiences of our students, staff, and guests. You will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards. You will work closely with our Operations and Academic Director, Chef Instructors, and F&B Service Teams to foster a stimulating learning and work environment recognized for its academic and practical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily activities of the F&B department in alignment with course planning.
  • Respond to the needs of students, staff, and visitors.
  • Manage budgets, records, and accounts, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Maintain orderly and sanitized kitchens and restaurant facilities.
  • Design menus, manage supply orders, and oversee stock control.
  • Ensure all recipes and presentations meet our high standards.
  • Recruit, train, and assess F&B staff performance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, including HACCP, and regulatory compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in the food and beverage industry, with culinary training or extensive cooking experience.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team.
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively address and resolve issues.
  • A dedication to maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service.
