Spiden is a Swiss deep-tech startup dedicated to revolutionizing the field of personalized health monitoring. It employs a team of >70 staff, including >50 PhDs and university professors, operating out of its lab facilities in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland and its office in San Francisco, United States.  


Your profile

  • 4-6 years' experience in HR administration, recruiting, or related roles.  
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field or education.  
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies including collaborating on defining position requirements and updating job descriptions.  
  • Experience in conducting interviews and managing recruiting processes.  
  • Proficient in HR administrative tasks and compliance.  
  • Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments.  
  • Experience with US hiring and HR administration is a plus.
  • Excellent English and German communication skills, both written and spoken.  
  • Ability to collaborate with team leads for positive employee relations.  
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvements of the HR department.  
  • Solutions-focused capable of logically solving HR-related problems and presenting recommendations. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical aptitude. 
  • Open-minded and service-oriented.

Your mission

We are looking for an experienced HR & Recruiting Manager who has fun and expertise to support staff locally and globally and back up talent management and acquisition in our organization. In this role, you will be working closely with the Head of HR to shape all kinds of people topics. You are a HR-All-rounder who enjoys working in a demanding, fast-paced environment. 

  • Act as the main point of contact for HR administrative tasks. 
  • Maintain HR personnel files in compliance with privacy regulations using our HR tool. 
  • Enhance existing processes and policies, develop new ones, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulations. 
  • Provide people expertise, fostering a connected work environment and positive culture to support business strategy.  
  • Utilize evidence and data to identify and address future workforce needs.  
  • Develop recruitment strategies and oversee the entire talent acquisition and recruiting process.
  • Manage interviews, offers, and employment agreements, ensuring a smooth process.
