Job description

In this position, your main responsibilities and tasks will include:

  • Active support and advice to managers in developing the Human Resources and support during structural changes
  • Management/Support on different HR projects
  • Contact person for HQ employees in all HR related topics
  • Active support for personnel sourcing, recruitment and selection for SWATCH SA
  • Execution of specific researchs (internal and external with different tools)
  • Continuous improvement of sourcing channels and application management
  • Construct and follow up introduction programms
  • Control and follow-up trial period evaluations
  • Carry our exit interviews
  • Organise and control the yearly evaluation process and follow-up with measures if needed
  • Write work certificates in collaboration with the line managers
  • Participation in the development and optimization of HR processes
  • Support the line Managers for HR related issues and topics
  • Reportings and analysis related to recruitment, turnover, exits and other topics
  • Update and control Job Descriptions and Organisation Charts
  • General administrative tasks & support to the HR Team



In this position, you will focus on general HR projects, administrative and operational tasks as well as provide support to the other members of the HR team. As a collaborative team player, you will also act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR queries and provide services to employees and management in a process driven manner with the highest levels of integrity and accuracy. As a highly dedicated and flexible person you can adapt very quickly to different situations and deal well with ever-changing priorities.

Professional requirements

In this role your time management, interpersonal and organizational skills will be called upon. Coming from a commercial background, you ideally bring an Economics degree, further education in HR (Fachfrau-Fachmann / Brevet) or equivalent. You have gained several years' experience in a similar role and exposure in a complex, multi-cultural, fast growing and demanding environment. 


In addition to your French mother tongue, you are fluent in English and have very good verbal and written communication skills in German. Every additional language is a plus.
