In order to strengthen our team in Nyon we are looking for an:

Account Executive

Your profile:

  • Completed education in the insurance industry with Insurance Federal diploma and FINMA
  • Professional experience in the field of company consulting
  • Good negotiation skills with Insurers and know-how in tender reports set up
  • Business development skills (expanding existing client's portfolio in cross selling and with new clients)
  • Well organized and structured way of working
  • High customer focus, negotiation skills and acts strategically with a confident appearance with customers
  • Analytic mind, details and results oriented
  • Team player, as well as independence, and engagement
  • Fluent in French, good level in English, German is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent support of international clients and their insurance contracts
  • Autonomous client's portfolio management, ensuring it is well served, profitable and aim to growth (acquisition of non-program-related insurance lines)
  • Communication and negotiations with the worldwide Aon network
  • Customer care for different type of insurances (Clients advisory on coverage concept and skills, monitoring renewal timelines, deadlines, etc.)
  • Developing coverage concepts and implementing the corresponding solutions with specialist brokers
  • Claims triage and coordination with insurers or Aon Claims department.
  • Elaboration of service level agreements (mandates) with clients
  • Expanding business relationships with existing clients and new clients
  • Physical client visits
  • Preparation of client-related budgets
